Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy:

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Junique Craft.

Please Note we are a business-to-business seller

Once your order is placed we  do not accept refunds unless the items are faulty or Damaged

you must make sure the items are the correct ones at the time of ordering

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

you must email us with any issues within 48hrs at juniquecraft@gmail.com and send pictures of the product. You must also take photos of the external packaging if that is also showing damage.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.. 

You will be eligible for a refund of the costs of the products returned.

If the return is due our error then we will also refund the standard delivery cost.

If you upgraded to special delivery you are not eligible for a refund of the extra charges.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

 

Once the refund has been agreed, any sum debited to us will be
refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of The Goods returned to us.

If a product has been sent in error we may ask for the item to be returned at our cost
You Have 48hrs  to notify us of incorrect item/s after this time we will deem the order as
accepted.

If you have received your order and claim that you have a missing item(s). You have 48hrs  from delivered date to raise this by email juniquecraft@gmail.com.

we will only refund the cost of the products purchased and not any incremental costs from your use of our products.

Replacements will be at Junique craft Discretion. 

After 48 Hrs we will deem the order as accepted.  

If any product has been incorrectly priced due to a shop site error and this has been spotted before the order has been sent we reserve the right to cancel the order, 

We will try to contact you to discuss any pricing errors to agree alternative product/price/size before cancelling the order.

Mistakes do Happen and if you receive an incorrect order then due care to the product is expected by yourselves. Please contact us by email and we will look to rectify this, If you are requested to return the parcel then we will arrange to pay for this cost however we would need tracking proof of the parcel returning to us before we send out the new order.

To return an item, please contact Junique Craft through email – juniquecraft@gmail.com (backup email juniquevinyls@gmail.com) within 48Hrs of receiving your order and repack securely in packaging and mail your return to the
